BTR Consulting, founded by Zuzana Chudoba, has been providing with consulting and services in the field of build to rent segment 2021. BTR prepares market and feasibility studies, financial modeling and acquisitions of rental projects, marketing and leasing strategies, manages rental apartment buildings as well as provides comprehensive furnishing of rental apartment units and tenant care. BTR Consulting is a member of the Rental Housing Association, where the founder of the company is also a member of the presidium.
