Practical Tools for Leaders: Specific steps leaders can implement in their organizations to enhance psychological safety.
Practical Exercise: How leaders can navigate in a VUCA and BANI environment.

Session Two – Coaching and Mentoring: Utilizing Techniques from Positive Psychology and Growth Mindset 

2.1. Positive Psychology in Coaching: Creating an environment for growth and positive change.
2.2. Growth Mindset: How to foster a growth mindset in individuals and teams.
2.3. Techniques of Positive Psychology: Practical tools for managers/coaches and mentors.
2.4. Coaching and Mentoring for Strengths Development: How coaching and mentoring contribute to the development of strengths.
2.5. Leader Resilience: Techniques for strengthening resilience and preventing burnout in oneself and in teams.
2.6. Neuroleadership: How to apply principles of neuroscience in leadership to improve decision-making, support collaboration, and understand cognitive processes.

Practical Tools for Leaders: How to implement mentoring and coaching into everyday leadership.
Demonstration of a Specific Technique: How to develop emotional intelligence and leverage emotions for effective leadership.

Discussion and Examples: The best approaches for communicating with different generations and how leadership methods vary across generations.
Practical Exercise: How to structure feedback in online meetings and ensure it is positively received.
