You hereby grant your consent to the British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic (BCC) to the processing of your personal data, which you have provided in the registration form, for the purposes of sending you the information on next events, commercial offers and other marketing material, and you agree, that the BCC will provide your personal data to its partners for these purposes. The consent is granted for a period of 5 years or until it is withdrawn. You hereby confirm, that before granting this consent, you were informed on the processing in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation/GDPR) (hereinafter „the Regulation“). 

Pursuant to art. 7 par. 3 of the Regulation you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. For these purposes, in every e-mail you receive, a special link shall be attached, by clicking on the link you can remove your e-mail address from the respective database and you will no longer receive the automatically distributed marketing material and other commercial communication. The withdrawal does not apply to processing of personal data based on legal grounds other than the consent, for example, the processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the BCC or for the performance of the contract (the information you provided in this form to the extent necessary to make the registration and organization of the event or the published photographs, audio and video material of the events etc.).  

You hereby confirm, that the BCC has informed you about your rights set out in the Regulation, in particular the rights in accordance with the provision of art. 13 and following of the Regulation, the right to be informed of the processing, the right of access to personal data, to rectification of personal data, to erasure (right to be forgotten), to restriction of processing personal data, to data portability, to object the processing including the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data and the right not to be the object of automated personal data processing.
