We were delighted to welcome members of BCC at another session of the BCC Gouret Club at the Prague Marriott Hotel. This edition featured an innovative take on tradition. Guests enjoyed a six-course culinary adventure lunch consisting entirely of soup. But soup with a difference… these courses were original and innovative, taking their inspiration from old and much-loved Czech recipes.
