Business Breakfast with BCC Patron Unilever

Description

Vojtěch Bukač joined Unilever in 2013, having previously worked at Coca-Cola, P&G and Gillette in various sales and trade marketing roles. For three years, he also led Unilever’s Slovak branch. Since 2022, he has been responsible for the Czech and Slovak sales teams.

In October 2023, Vojtěch took over the management of Unilever’s Czech and Slovak branches as Head of Country CZ/SK. In doing so, he expanded his role as Head of Sales for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where he continues to lead a large sales team.

Unilever has been managed vertically across five divisions (Food, Ice Cream, Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Home Care) since 2022. The individual divisions report directly to the management in Europe. Vojtěch oversees the local management of the company and the development of the corporate culture and employees while managing the sales team and relationships with key customers.

We had the honour to host yet another event from our popular and highly-demanded Business Breakfast series. This time, we had the opportunity to meet Vojtěch Bukač, Head of Country and Head of Sales CZ/SK at Unilever, one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies known for their great brands and their belief that doing business the right way drives superior performance.
