Become a Mentee or a Mentor in the 14th Edition of the Equilibrium Mentoring Programme!
The British Chamber of Commerce is inviting you to become a Member of our Equilibrium Community and to join next year’s Edition of the 10-month Equilibrium Mentoring Programme for Women. The 14th Equilibrium Mentoring Programme starts in September 2024, and ends in June 2025.
Thanks to our 14-year long tradition, we have connected more than 600 Mentoring couples from over 700 companies. We have established a community of CEO level managers and leaders from all areas of business.
Our approach is to establish a strong connection between the Mentoring couple and move forward by joining the 10-month journey of one-on-one mentoring sessions. This is ensured by a careful matchmaking process during which the most suitable candidates are put together. Equilibrium also brings many opportunities for networking and for participation in the following events:

The main goal of the Programme is to encourage and empower women in business & management, non-profit environment and other strands of working life. Equilibrium provides support also to women returning to work after an extended period of time, such as after parental leave, or for those who just want to restart their career. The aim is to shape a new generation of female executives and strengthen gender diversity in the Czech business/non-profit environment.
