On 2nd October 2024, CMS hosted a distinguished panel discussion on Inclusive Leadership: Embracing the Mindful Business Charter, a significant initiative aimed at fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
The discussion was expertly moderated by:

The Mindful Business Charter is a practical framework encouraging organisations to reflect on the impact they have on one another in the workplace. In collaboration with over 130 businesses, CMS has signed the Charter, thereby committing to creating a more open, supportive, and inclusive industry environment.
