Lydia Warren joined The LEGO Group almost 4 years ago. Initially as Operations Director UK/Ire in the midst of the Covid pandemic, remotely leading the Operations team through a record year despite the many challenges. Two years ago she relocated with her family to the Czech Republic for The LEGO Group to lead the Shipping and Planning teams based in the EMEA Packing Factory, Kladno. She started her career running a warehouse and now has a unique 20-year background in Supply Chain covering areas from Demand Planning to Strategic Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain L&D and Team Leadership. Lydia is a motivated people leader and in line with the LEGO Group Culture she continually works to “Energise Everyone Everyday”. During her free time, Lydia is very much enjoying her time getting to know more of the beautiful Czech Republic whether through family trips or running.
