We are seeking a retired individual to join our team as an intern to assist with various administrative tasks and help BCC management with their agenda. This role is ideal for someone looking to stay active and engaged, contributing to a dynamic organisation.

Position: Intern – A Person of Retired Age

Duration: September 2024 to December 2024

Location: British Chamber of Commerce, Prague, Czech Republic

Time Allocation: 5-10 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Support event planning and coordination for our various programmes and seminars
  • Help manage communications, including responding to emails and phone calls
  • Maintain and update membership records
  • Provide simple logistical support for meetings and events

Qualifications:

  • Retired individual with previous administrative or office experience
  • Proficient in office tools – traditional or modern
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Communication skills in Czech and English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
